For this UX design project, our team set out to improve the usability of the NYU Shuttle Bus system by identifying key pain points through user surveys and interviews.

I was responsible for redesigning the mobile website, ensuring that shuttle-related information—such as routes, schedules, and stop instructions—was clearly displayed and easily navigable on a mobile screen. Based on our research, we discovered that most users preferred accessing shuttle information through a mobile website rather than downloading a dedicated app. The goal was to create a user-friendly experience that helps students and faculty quickly find the transportation details they need.
